QUALITY PROJECT MANAGER

Join our Team Our team will drive timely completion of (global) customer TRS certification and licensing requirements by partnering with the Upgrades and OPEX teams while additionally playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives across the Gas Technology Services functions. Partner with the best Our Quality Project Manager ensures execution and verification of the TRS Transactional Compliance Plan (TCP) and TRS compliance/certification requirements by all involved functions prior to shipment and transaction close-out within GTS scope. Leading discussions during TRS project meetings required by Project Managers and including cross-functional stakeholders and drive actions to ensure 100% TRS compliance by the time of product shipment. As Quality Project Manager you will be responsible for: Managing retention of the TCP / TRS Action Plan in RealTrack. Providing routine updates to the GTS TRS Leader and Regional Project Managers. Deploying corrective actions for any TRS issues during project execution, providing TRS subject matter expertise and partnering with GTS Engineering and Global Sourcing to achieve compliant solutions. Escalating issues to the GTS TRS and Quality Leadership, when necessary, to mitigate risk of TRS non-compliance at time of product shipment. Managing certification on projects as required and ensuring that TRS deliverables are provided to customers on time. Providing support in discussions with local authorities to define the strategy for compliance with applicable laws. Ensuring parts are mapped and complete with updated TRS regulations in the Oracle ERP system. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have an Engineering degree or equivalent (relevant regulatory compliance experience will be considered). Have several years of in-depth regulatory compliance experience, understanding of the basic principles of applicable global Regulations (e.g. IEC, ASME, ATEX, LV, PED, EMC, Machinery directive, Russia/Customs Union, China, etc.). Have working knowledge of TPS Services product lines and operations, and offerings. Have professional proficiency in Italian and English.
