null Your role and responsibilities Promotes and supports the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy to accelerate the rate of operational improvement, with resulting cost savings within the operation.
stablishes and implements Q&OpEx priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the local operation, monitors progress and supports actions on deviations from targets.
rains and coaches local teams in the standard quality improvement approach (i.
.
4Q) to develop organization capability to continuously improve business practices and performance.
onducts benchmarking and best practice spreading within the operations to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.
ssists with the creation and implementation of, and ensures conformance with, instructions, guidelines and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements.
ssists with the analysis and communication of customer perceptions to guide the local improvement actions toward greater customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the role Technical background mechanical/electrical and 0-2 years\u experience.
1 year experience in quality is preferred, 3 years of experience in assembly, wiring, and/or fabrication is preferred.
Experience using computers Microsoft Office apps like Excel, Word and web applications.
Driving license type B.
Availability for short trips on the national territory.
Initiative, teamwork, flexibility & attention to detail.
Ability and willingness to read and interpret technical drawings and models.
Skilled in using tools, such as a screwdriver, crimper, and air gun.
Good written and oral communication skills, also in English.
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Work along of as a member of a team.
