udine offerta we are urgently lookign for a quality assrance engineer responsibilities.
1- provide support to manufacturing / technical functions (mfo/tef) ensuring consistent application of quality methods and techniques - target to improve the kpi performances and strengthen of the processes address quality issues (process and material related) by identifying problems, coordination of the root-cause analyses, examining solution options with manufacturing / technical functions (mfo/tef), and follow up of action plans.
effectively communicate and reinforce commitment to quality improvement efforts.
leads quality meetings and routinely prepares target-oriented quality data.
participate in the development and the review of fmea and control plan, conduct capability analyses recognise and prevent quality and safety risks in the production processes as well in the final products, offer solutions active participating in daily management meeting on the shop floor, make fast decision, follow up the related activities to review measurement equipment and support in the evaluation of new potential measurement devices 2- perform process audits as for iso - iso/ts , and follow through the related action plans; reviews procedures making suggestions for improving / alignment with central directives, procedures and norms - target compliance 3- support process stability analyses and capability studies on existing processes applying the appropriate use of statistical techniques.
review and analyse results, propose improvements - target to improve process stability 5- contact with customer.
analysing customer complaints and perform root cause analyses actively using and teaching quality methods.
6- contact with supplier.
define test plan for the release of new items (together with eng/tef/edp), evaluate the tests, develop and support puq submit isir/ppa documents for new products.
