PURCHASE ORDER SPECIALIST (PARENTAL LEAVE REPRESENTATION)

So this is an opportunity for you!   As Purchase Order Specialist with Kramp you will be part of an international team with 14 other Purchase Order Specialists.
In this role you will simultaneously build relationships with our representatives on behalf of the entire Kramp group.
Your primary objective will be to.
Lead and overall active end-to-end inventory processing in Kramp.
It lies in placing, confirming and controlling status on orders in advance in order to ensure safe delivery of goods.
Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders, and thus also be in contact with other sales and logistics departments at locations outside the country.
Plays an important role in ensuring that purchasing processes are problem-free, effective and consistent with organizational operational standards.
You have, without details, strong communication skills and an ability to navigate supplier relationships to ensure their delivery to the overall success of your supply chain processes.
About you.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant role or assignment.
You are an advanced user of Excel – experience with AX will be an advantage.
You build relationships and communicate fluently in English, both in writing and in German.
You are ambitious and curious for a career in a dynamic, international environment.
