We are looking for a Property Manager Italy and Greece to Real Estate, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milano within the Siemens Real Estate area.

Your Challenge As a Property Manager for Italy and Greece, your mission will be to develop and implement the leasing strategy for offices in Italy and Greece (50.
sqm), considering Siemens’ Decarbonization Program, an attractive working environment, and a strong business outlook.
Your main activities will include.
Supporting internal customers, technical property managers, contract management, real estate customers, and local authorities.
Negotiating contracts and their conditions (e.
., price, termination terms), and creating and completing respective agreements (lease-in and lease-out).
Being responsible for the financial fulfillment of the agreed contracts (lease in/out), understanding corporate real estate and its impacts on our business, including the financial impacts of your daily operations.
Supporting the development of space optimization according to customer needs and market developments, and finding opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy costs, and SRE rental conditions (internal and external).
Ensuring adherence to maintenance principles, guidelines, and processes.
Driving local EHS aspects and minimizing risks to ensure legally compliant operations and a zero-harm culture.
Understanding the cost structure of technical assets/equipment and drivers in detail, and supervising the given budget for your projects.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you have.
Comprehensive skills and experience in corporate real estate during building operations and asset management, including real estate-related applications and building technologies.
A degree or equivalent experience in architecture and/or engineering science (mechanical/electrical/civil) with experience in CAD.
Project management experience in real estate maintenance investments.
IT affinity - the ability to stay updated with the latest improvements in technological innovation and apply them in the company.
A passion for interacting with customers and a strong service and solution approach.
Excellent command of Italian (native) and English (proficiency).
A customer-centric perspective.
Effective collaboration skills across businesses and functions.
A commitment to developing technology and ethical guardrails in parallel.
