PROJECT SPECIALIST MICROSOFT DEVICES

Job Purpose.
Coordinates ongoing and upcoming projects to gain synergy, efficiency and accuracy in sense of prioritization, reliability and transparence for all project stakeholders.
(mainly Vendor PCs) Responsibilities.
Gathers and documents project requirements Tracks and reports project and budget status Schedules problem reviews and follows up on assigned actions Serves as primary interface the project team for communication and scheduling of project resources and support activities Identifies and analyzes unique project systems issues and provides recommendations for resolution Coordinates project schedules Manages project meetings Maintains project schedules and provides calendar updates for project management staff Prepares information for meetings and/or for special staff requirements through the identification of required information sources including but not limited to o analysis of project o past project status reports o forecasts financial reports o other statistical data reports Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree with Business Field of Study preferred Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed Able to use common office equipment Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information Able to converse and write effectively in English Able to create and conduct formal presentations Able to interact effectively with all levels of management Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities Able to work independently with minimum supervision Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others Able to quickly learn new systems and technology Key Skills What’s In It For You?
