The role We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Corporate Transformation B2B Team.
In this role, you will manage the delivery phase of projects, working across industries with corporate clients.
Your focus will be on ensuring seamless execution, building client trust, coordinating deliveries, and enhancing the overall learning experience.
Main responsibilities Autonomously plan, manage, and control deliveries, orchestrating faculty and client agendas Assist in project implementation based on program designs developed by our Learning & Innovation Designers Proactively address and resolve project issues while fostering client trust and managing relationships Effectively manage communications to project stakeholders (participants, relevant business leaders, suppliers, etc.) Support the development of reports monitoring progress against set objectives, including project economics Oversee 360 operational aspects of deliveries.

You excel at managing client relationships, proactively addressing challenges and delivering effective solutions.
You are confident in delivering presentations and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
You remain resilient and composed under pressure, handling high workloads with a solution-oriented mindset.
You are passionate about innovation, startups, digital transformation, and talent strategies.
You are a flexible and collaborative team player, committed to achieving shared goals while enjoying the process.
You communicate fluently in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
You are based in Milan or Rome.

Experience in Learning, Education, or Innovation environments, particularly in designing and planning training sessions.
