PROJECT MANAGER

b2x - The Omnichallenge Company is seeking motivated individuals to be involved in its projects in the capacity of "Project Manager". RESPONSIBILITIES The successful applicant will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the launch, development, evolution and eventual maintenance of omnichannel platforms for the online sale of products. He or she will supervise all stages of projects, interfacing with the various company departments involved and with the client, in order to ensure the execution of individual projects in accordance with the budget and timings stipulated and agreed in the planning phase. RECRUITMENT PROCESS The Project Manager selected will be part of the PM / Accounts Team, and will be immediately involved in ongoing and/or new company projects in order to acquire any necessary skills "in the field" by direct experience of the dynamics and business processes, as well as the specific needs of clients. ACTIVITIES Responsibility for initiating the projects assigned, on the basis of the needs expressed by the client and the criteria agreed in the offer. Responsibility for specifying the offer and interfacing with the relevant company departments to calculate the estimate. Once the project is underway, he or she will be responsible for detailing and ensuring compliance with the project plan, both within the company and in relation to the client. In agreement with the relevant company personnel, he or she will be responsible for handling critical issues with the project and for communication with the client. He or she will be responsible for creating and updating the necessary project documentation for internal and external use, where necessary in collaboration with the PMO assigned to the project. He or she will be in charge of highlighting not only critical issues that may emerge during the execution of the project, but also ongoing strategic and business aspects. REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 5 years' experience in the management and coordination (including technical/operational) of projects for the development and implementation of web portals. Degree. Ability to work in a team. Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English language. Previous experience on international projects is appreciated. Willingness to travel for short periods within Italy is required where necessary for project needs. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Enthusiasm, desire and willingness to get involved on the basis of the company's needs. Customer and performance oriented. Listening, mediation and negotiation skills. Organisational skills, problem solving, proactiveness and the ability to assume responsibilities related to the role.
