This position reports to Project Management Leader Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity.
Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.
You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

You will be mainly accountable for.
u The candidate will be responsible for the non-conformities opened by the customer, in particular.
- Follow up with supplier and customer to get and clarify project details; - Get used and learn customer Tool in order to manage claims; - Open, analyze and close old and new claims.
\u In our ERP system, SAP, the candidate will be responsible for uploading and checking purchase orders toward our suppliers, granting the correct execution of the whole process.
\u The candidate will support the revenue recognition process, following up with customer and suppliers, also taking care of the correct process execution in SAP.
\u The candidate will handle improvement projects related to KPIs management, Data analysis and standardization (i.
.
PowerBi projects, checklist handover maintenance and improvement, backlog and LDs analysis etc.).
\u With the aim to improve customer perception toward ABB, the candidate will prepare and share questionnaires with our suppliers and clients to evaluate our project management process and behaviors.
\u Together with the project management team, the candidate will analyze the project execution process to improve and standardize the different phases and activities.

Qualifications for the role You enjoy working in a team, you are a dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the Office Package, PowerBi is considered a plus.
Bachelor\us or Master\us degree in economics or engineering.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English both written and spoken.
