This role will be based in Milan.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to.
Depending on the job rotation, you'll be involved in activities such as.
Relationship management.
Support Senior Colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions, understanding client risks, and managing current accounts; Insurance coverage.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance-carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
Develop a deep understanding of insurance markets and analytics-based programs; Risk management.
Contribute to a variety of risk-consulting projects, evaluating exposures and developing risk management solutions for clients; Growth strategies.
Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service; Placement solutions.
Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
What you need to have.
University Degree.
Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, or Management Engineering Degree achieved within the last 12 months or nearing completion, with a brilliant academic track record; Language skills.
Fluency in Italian and English; IT skills.
Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint); Additional Skills.
Strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management, extracurricular activities and international experience, self-motivation, goal-orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
