At Henkel Zingonia you will have the opportunity tocarry out many production improvements and innovation projects Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE Manages all operations at department level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products Delivers analysis plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel Ensures operations processes and solutions YOUR SKILLS Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required Well developed people Management skills Fluent in Italian and English Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing knowledge IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package Proactive, passionate, result-oriented and a team-player with excellent communication and organizational skills At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
