null This position reports to Production Engineering Manager Your role and responsibilities Defining cycle time for the production and realization of equipment with external suppliers.
isseminating cycle time data to internal teams, and leading improvement discussions.
acilitating the training of direct and indirect team members during start-ups.
reparing technical documentation and ensuring optimal efficiency in methods, performance and materials/components.
ssisting the Procurement and Logistics function by providing and giving advice on updated processes and technical documentation.
efining action plans and training maintenance and production resources to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
Qualifications for the role Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electro Mechanical Field.
At least 2 years of experience in production context.
Sound knowledge of mechanical design and cycle time.
Fluent in English.
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
