Negotiable with benefits Requirements for Product Support Engineer.
Top academics including a minimum of a 2.
bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject such as Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering AAB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points Experience dealing with customers – if applying at Graduate entry-level this could be from summer/internship roles.
If applying at a Senior Level these should be in an engineering setting Knowledge of electronic fundamentals such as FPGAs and digital electronics – you don’t have to be an expert but some exposure is key An innovative problem solver, with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies Fantastic communication skills – this role will heavily involve interacting with customers including understanding requirements and technical presentations Responsibilities for Product Support Engineer.
You will be responsible for supporting a range of hardware and software products while ensuring an amazing customer experience.
Responsibilities include.
Become a highly knowledgeable resource on the usage and implementation of a range of software and hardware products Manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously while providing outstanding customer support.
Enhance product support materials based on successfully resolved customer issues to prevent repeat inquiries.
Gather, evaluate, and communicate customer feedback to the team to drive ongoing product improvements.
