Now it’s time to accelerate and we need you!We are looking for a superhero, a brilliant and passionate talent as a digital Product Owner for the IoT area, with the aim of supporting our product’s fast growth in all countries we operate.
Your Mission.
Work in one of our vertical Tribes, focused on IoT services, in an Agile framework, being involved in the creation of new features and services and managing its growth and quality Define and translate business objectives into development requirements, ensuring requirements are fully understood by the Tech team, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in the conception and design of new functions, Write awesome requirements; Break down all the inputs to fit a strategy and product roadmap, combining wild ambition with rationality and pragmatism, aligning all stakeholders in executing the vision, Lead the integration of IoT devices, such as weather sensors and telemetry systems, ensuring that data from these devices is effectively used to improve the product’s performance and user value.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless communication between IoT devices and the core product, managing challenges related to connectivity, data transfer, and real-time processing.
Develop strategies to manage device compatibility across a wide range of sensors and regions, ensuring that the product remains adaptable to new hardware and IoT standards.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions between software and hardware teams to ensure alignment on product goals and to address challenges in sensor integration or connectivity.
The ideal candidate possesses.
A minimum of 2 years experience in digital product, with focus on services integrated with IoT, particularly in weather sensors, telemetry sensor and image recognition-based products.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to effectively manage development sprints.
Familiarity with product management and development tools (e.
., Jira, Notion, Confluence).
Willing to join an Ag-Tech environment and learn about agriculture, Tech and digital knowledge, know how in delivering product features in alignment with the product strategy.
Ability to exhibit and manage meetings with interested parties, with confident presentation and storytelling skills.
Predisposition to problem-solving, independence, and ability to self-organize the working day; Good knowledge of the English language (B2-C1)   Opportunities.
