Mickey joined Deltatre back in 2016, playing different roles from delivery director to current job title. The team you will be joining is geographically distributed between Italy, UK and Macedonia and counts X members. As a Product Owner, you will be an integral part of one or more project teams and will be involved in the whole lifecycle of the project, from discovery phase through to run and maintenance. The Product Owner will be responsible for working with external and internal project stakeholders including the Client, Account Manager, Project Manager, and Service Manager to ensure that the Delivery team is operating as efficiently as possible, and the Client’s expectations are met. Responsibilities: Work with Scrum teams as the Product Owner Work closely with the Product Manager to create and maintain a backlog according to the needs of clients and Deltatre’s Delivery and Commercial teams Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on driving business value for our clients Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends Previous working experience as a Product Owner in a related industry Experience with video streaming services or digital deliveries Experience of delivering user-facing applications across web, mobile and TV platforms A strong business acumen, backed up by a good technical understanding Degree (or equivalent) in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field or work experience in the fields In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and critical thinking skills Professional level of fluent English (written and spoken) Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from various functions We’re looking for someone who is: · driven to push the boundaries and lead change and performance · communicative to leave no-one in the dark and to work with your team successfully · reliable so we know that we can call on you to meet deadlines · passionate about the latest technologies and standards · proactive to suggest improvements, identify and fix potential issues · solid technically speaking, to advise both clients and internal teams Deltatre consciously nurtures an environment where each and every team member feels safe to bring their whole selves to work, in which everyone is valued and respected for who they are and what they bring.
