The role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our exceptional team and lead the marketing efforts for our newly launched partnership with The Social Hub.
In this role, your mission will be to conduct market analysis, study competitors, and design and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Design a tailor-made, innovative marketing strategy to elevate visibility and resonate with target demographics.
Conduct market research, perform competitor analysis, and set clear objectives to measure the results of our efforts.
Oversee the creation and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Manage budget planning, forecasting, and goal setting in alignment with business objectives to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal financial performance.
Craft SEO-optimized website content and generate diverse content types for campaigns and customer touchpoints in collaboration with internal teams.
Implement upper-funnel marketing initiatives such as Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to enhance brand visibility and expand our audience reach.
Work alongside our internal performance marketing team to generate qualified leads, and collaborate with our internal content team to enhance creative outputs through top-notch campaign briefs.
Travel to meet TSH partners and key stakeholders, strengthening relationships and driving business growth.
Current locations include Florence, Amsterdam, and Vienna, with more to be added soon.
Analyze campaign data, deliver insightful reports, and leverage HubSpot CRM for streamlined communication and lead management.
Organize and promote online/offline events to engage our audience and foster community interaction.
Track market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product promotion and growth.
Perform benchmark analysis for product innovation and collaborate with the product team on enhancements and new launches.
About you You possess 5+ years of hands-on experience within Marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and trends.
You bring to the table both strategic and operative experience, allowing you to develop comprehensive marketing plans and execute them with precision.
You embody a business-oriented, creative mindset with a strong visual eye, enabling you to develop innovative marketing strategies and compelling content.
You excel in data collection, analysis, and interpretation utilizing CRM (Hubspot knowledge is a plus) tools to inform business decisions effectively.
You thrive on challenges and eagerly embrace a high level of responsibility, showcasing your motivation to drive impactful results within the organization.
You are proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English enabling seamless communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
You have the flexibility and willingness to travel for business reasons, meeting TSH partners and key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
You can live anywhere, but you must be able to reach Milan when needed, which will be your primary place of employment.
