PRODUCT MANAGER - ELECTRONIC EXPANSION VALVES' DRIVERS

Join our team as “ Product Manager ” from our headquarters' offices in Padova, IT. and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices. CAREL is an innovative global high-tech company, leader in the evolution of control technology and humidification for air conditioning and refrigeration, listed at the Italian stock exchange. To foster our continuous growth, we're strengthening our organization by looking at smart professionals willing to join the team as contributors to company mission and goals. We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our Flow control Platform team focused on Electronic Expansion Valves' Drivers. The Product Specialist will provide for collecting and managing market requirements, analysing competitor's products and contributing to define the roadmap for new products. The Product Specialist will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line-up and leverage continuous innovation to improve Quality, Cost and Delivery performances of the product. In this role you will be defining priorities and coordinating actions through different areas of the organization and manage strong communication with the customers and sales network. Being successful in this role requires having excellent communication skills, being self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. It requires passion for creating best in class solutions and a strong vision for the product as well as a high level of flexibility, proactivity and time management skills. · Two-three years in a similar position, preferably in the B2B electronics industry. · Strong cross-functional teamwork attitude. . Strong relashionship and coordination ability with several departments of the company and customers are key skills on a daily work basis · Curious and passionate with electromechanical disciplines (STEM Degree is a plus) · Conscious on how HVAC/R units will impact on the Environment · Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment · An ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges. · Solid communications skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds. · The role is global, it requires the ability to travel internationally and to work with distributed teams.
