PRODUCT LIFECYCLE INTERNSHIP

This role in summary You will enter the Lifecycle team that goes through an exceptional period of fast and dynamic changes driven by Beko and Whirlpool migration in the European Region. You will have the opportunity to observe Product Strategy Evolution and Manufacturing Footprint Change experiencing massive product transfers and turn over that drive company profitability and revenue growth. Product Lifecycle Internship is a pivotal role in the Supply Chain Organization that ensures sustainability performance of the business focusing on timely availability of new products (Phase in) to the markets and efficient elimination of the obsolete range (Phase Out). Lifecycle organization provides Company Phase In - Phase Out (PIPO) range overview, maintains product lifecycle KPIs highlighting business criticalities and activating involved functions to guarantee business efficiency. Your responsibilities will include Collect information about Phase In & Phase Out range from Lifecycle Planning and Marketing organizations including new range of merged product portfolio of Beko and Whirlpool heritage Maintain & update uniques standardised PIPO Database for the 4 Major Domestic Appliances Product Categories Maintain and update Cross Category Product Scorecard Evolution Tracker driving simplification and profitability Update and maintain Lifecycle KPIs: New Product Introduction (NPI) Service Level, Finished Goods Inventory and Cost, PIPO Components Inventory and Cost Publish regular Lifecycle reports to Company Cross Functional Stakeholders Support Lifecycle Manager in data analysis to facilitate application of newly designed Global Lifecycle Processes and Reports Minimum requirements Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Financial or Supply Chain Excellent written and spoken English, Italian is a plus Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft 365 and Google collaboration platforms Data analytics and interpretation Soft Skills Precision and accuracy Flexibility and adaptability Team work Fast in execution What we offer You can expect to gain so much more than a 6-month internship: great business exposure and hands-on experience full accountability of your own project constant support and interaction with our managers competitive reimbursement meal vouchers on office days smart, open space and hi tech office environment the opportunity to work into the number one major appliance manufacturer in the world.
