The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both electronics and software, with a proven track record in product management. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands. Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product features and enhancements. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and optimize product features and strategy. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs and expectations. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. Location: Milano Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Product Engineer in the consumer electronics or software sectors Strong understanding of electronic systems and software development processes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Knowledge of digital payment systems and related technologies is highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
