PROCESS EXPERT - STANDARD WORK

This position will support Amazon transportation and drive operational excellence and project management across the entire EUSC network.
A successful candidate will have experience managing large and complex projects and extreme bias for action needed in a startup environment.
The role requires approximately 15% travel within the EU.
Key job responsibilities - Support to improve the vision, content, and delivery of standard work and leadership routines.
Own the overall leadership routines documentation, integrating process improvements and support function standard work into one clear routine that evolves as the business develops.
- Quality Control.
Provider overall governance of the Process Excellence documents in Policy 2.
and manage quality control system to ensure regular updating cadence adherence and changes are made in a timely manner.
- Own the standardization of all under the roof metric bridge requirements and clear integration into leadership routines.
- Optimize and integrate multi-use flows (M3) standard work into the core leadership routines and standard work.
Identify opportunities to integrate M3 metrics, bridge requirements, meetings and standard work activities into existing day to day.
- Work with the Finance team on the ATS Standard Staffing Model by providing clearly standard work for all under the roof roles and identifying opportunities to optimize standard work and roles.
Utilize data analysis to measure specific task time allocation.
- Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customer.
