We are currently looking for an exceptional Principles of Management Professor.

You will teach in the Business Department and to our students enrolled in the first year of our Bachelor’s Degrees.

Delegation, negotiation, decision making, motivation, team-work relationships and integrated teamwork, conflict avoidance, and resolution.
Organisational behaviour.

Marketing, financial, and human resource management functions.
Qualifications Requested  A relevant master’s degree or Phd qualification (eg.
Management, Business, or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme).
Resident in Italy - Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA).
Immaculate police check(s).
Fluent English.
reading, speaking, writing (Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR level C1-C2).
Contract Duration  2nd term (January-July h of teaching + assessment and other academic related activities   Experience  A minimum of two years of recent and relevant experience in a university environment.
Relevant teaching experience within the subject area(s) Evaluate and provide regular feedback on students' exercises, projects and examinations.

Proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs.
Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning.
