The Territory & Contact Enrichment team partners with leaders across Gartner’s global sales organization to provide the accurate prospecting data that helps the Sales team to focus on closing deals and increase their NCVI productivity.
The team saves the time by serving up more accurate prospecting data through diverse set of prospecting tools.
What you’ll do.
Work on high volumes of data, ensure high quality and deliver optimal results.
Actively work on completing the prospects research life cycle within timelines & provide timely and accurate output.
Work on extracting and quality checking data from multiple internal as well as external tools Working with cross functional teams and ensuring smooth process operations Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and updating datasets regularly.
Manage data tools and internal applications including automation tools, Excel, Power BI, prospecting tools etc.
Successfully drive high complexity projects with minimal guidance Gain strong understanding of internal systems and processes such as Bulls eye, title QC, etc.
Drive operational excellence – incremental improvement in process across prospecting– reduced steps, intuitive and simpler process design/interfaces.
Implement best practices/tested solutions across processes to maximize effectiveness Work on strategic analysis, reporting, data presentation.
Responsible for providing expert support, analysis on the research assignments for team Provide the strategic initiatives and recommendations for improvements and systems enhancements of the process Should act as a mentor to other team members Manages workflow of the projects and support the managers on day-to-day requirement Supports team manager and performs management duties in absence of team manager Create an environment oriented to open communication, creative thinking, cohesive team effort and workplace trust Ensure objectives are achieved in given time frames, meeting or exceeding support requirements Develop strong process knowledge within sales operation functions with the goal of incrementally improving the process as the team grows and matures Work with local and headquarters management to obtain necessary resources and support for the team What you’ll need.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus) 4+ years working with sales / sales operations organizations and experience with medium-to-large team management responsibilities.
Expertise in Microsoft Office programs specially in Advanced Excel and Powerpoint, VBA a plus Strong Communication skills, stakeholder management, attention to detail Naturally optimistic, curious, competitive, goal-oriented and a critical thinker with an ownership mindset Knowledgeable in key areas including sales operations, sales analysis & reporting Excellent communication, team building and mentoring skills.
