PRICING MOTOR ACTUARY

PRICING MOTOR ACTUARY JOB PURPOSE/ROLE The candidate would be required to provide support to the Motor Actuarial Team of Allianz Viva in pricing activities, contributing to the creation of Motor tariffs, preparation of the technical note and evaluation of the profitability of the tariffs and their sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop independently technical analysis, following the whole tariff process.
- Data preparation - Development of technical models for the construction of tariff customization- Impact analysis on the profitability of the LoB/product following the tariff changes introduced- Portfolio monitoring and reporting of technical trends- Support to the entire Products, Underwriting & Channels Accounting function and to the Sales function for ad hoc reporting activities and profitability analyses- Preparation of technical specifications for IT NICE TO HAVE - Experience in management of Radar Live pricing engine- Development of new analysis models based on innovative techniques such as machine learning, PCA, clusters, etc...
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - At least 3 years of experience in Insurance Company/Consultancy Firms with focus on Motor Pricing - Good knowledge of the whole Tower Watson Suite.
Emblem, Classifier, Radar - Good knowledge of languages applied to DBs (SAS, SQL, VBA) - Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders - Be proactive in constantly improving tools and approaches to be market leading - Seek to continually improve knowledge regarding business and technical issues and actively propose ideas to management - Fluent in Italian and English | Actuarial | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Italy | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
