we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic porter for borgo santo pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.
the individual is passionate about hospitality with positive attitude and good communication skills.
main responsibilities.
– welcome guests warmly and carry their luggage during arrival and departure of guests.
– assist the housekeeping department in cleaning public areas and assist the room cleanliness process.
– provide valet services of guests’ cars.
candidate profile.
– at least two years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels is an asset.
– fluent level of english and italian languages is required.
– driving license holder.
– excellent customer service attitude.
