Riportando al Supervisor di riferimento, la risorsa supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività.
Incastonatura di pietre (preziose e semipreziose) che richiedono abilità manuale ed esperienza medio/alta; Utilizzo delle attrezzature più recenti.
Microscopio, Gravermax, sfera; Incastonatura a battuto, tagliato, ad alzata, griffes; Valutazione estetica, basata su sensibilità e competenze tecniche, criteri di verifica e rispetto delle fasi del processo; Acquisizione della conoscenza del prodotto in tutte le sue linee.
