Competenze richieste: Project Management : Lead the end-to-end management of retail store projects, including both upgrades to existing sites and the setup of new locations. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including local providers (e.g. telecoms, utilities), construction teams, and internal departments responsible for different aspects of the store setup (e.g. people counters, POS systems). Issue Resolution & Escalation : Handle any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed. This includes working across departments to ensure that all aspects of the store’s infrastructure, not just network, are aligned with Group standards. Communication & Reporting : Provide regular updates to the Principal Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that communication lines are open and that everyone involved is aware of project progress, risks, and upcoming tasks. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of services such as internet lines, hardware installations, and other infrastructure requirements. Key Qualifications : Project Management Expertise : Proven experience managing complex projects, ideally within the retail sector, involving both existing site upgrades and new store setups. Retail Experience : Familiarity with the operational needs of retail environments, particularly in relation to network infrastructure, telecoms, and other technical elements. Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including external vendors, local contractors, and internal business units. Technical Knowledge : Understanding of network setups, IT infrastructure, and relevant retail technologies. Experience with managing non-network issues related to store setups, such as construction or local service providers, is highly valued. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required. The candidate must be capable of clear, concise reporting and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
