JOB RESPONSABILITIES.
The role of personnel Planning & Control | HRBP involves several key responsibilities that ensure efficient financial management and support the overall administrative functions of an organization.
Personnel Cost Planning Budget Preparation.
Develop and maintain the budget for personnel costs, including salaries, benefits, and other related expenses.
Forecast future personnel expenses based on organizational growth, market trends, and company policies.
Cost Analysis.
Analyze current and historical personnel costs to identify trends and variances.
Provide regular reports on personnel cost performance, highlighting areas of concern and potential savings.
Financial Reporting.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, outlining personnel cost allocations and projections.
Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Strategic Planning.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to align personnel cost planning with the overall business strategy.
Recommend cost-effective strategies for staffing and resource allocation.
Administrative Back Office.
Data Management.
Maintain accurate records of personnel data, including employment contracts, payroll information, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Support Services.
Provide administrative support to HRBPs including handling inquiries, processing paperwork, and managing communications.
Assist in the coordination of meetings, training sessions, and other administrative activities.
Process Improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of administrative operations.
Develop and update standard operating procedures for administrative tasks.
Compliance and Auditing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to personnel costs.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
System Management.
Manage and maintain HR management systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
Coordinate with HRIS for system updates and troubleshooting.
Overall, the role of Planning & Control | HRBP is crucial in managing the financial aspects of human resources and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector; In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws; Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
