About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help us achieve our goal of driving growth through effective affiliate and performance marketing campaigns.
As the Growth Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective management of PPC Display and Paid Social and Affiliate channels.
Reporting to the Head of Growth your primary mission will be to develop and execute bestinclass performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple touchpoints.
You will work closely with the local marketing team to allocate spend across channels optimize campaigns manage affiliate partners plan and execute effective campaigns using relevant technologies.
As the Growth Marketing Manager you will be a vital member of our marketing team.
You will have a direct impact on the growth of our customer base and revenue and your efforts will be fundamental to achieving Airas ambition of becoming the leader in clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities Performance Campaign Management.
Lead the planning and of datadriven campaigns across PPC Paid Social and Display channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Manage budgets optimize campaign performance and use relevant technologies to maximize ROI while focusing on key performance indicators like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Regularly analyze campaign metrics and leverage insights to improve future performance.
Manage and Grow Affiliate Relationships.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing affiliates.
Recruit and onboard partners aligned with Airas brand and goals.
Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities optimize the affiliate program and implement strategies to reduce CPL and CAC.

Digital Project Management.
Support the marketing team by building and optimizing landing pages using our content management system (CMS) participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborating with local global and agency stakeholders.
Leverage data and performance insights to enhance the customer experience and drive continuous improvements.
Reporting and Business Intelligence.
Utilize HubSpot (among other tools) to create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards.
Track key performance metrics assist with datadriven decisionmaking and support budgeting and forecasting efforts to optimize marketing spend.
About You min 3 years of experiencein performance marketing in a consumerfirst environment; Strong experience with associated performance channels such as PPC Display Paid Social and Affiliate channels; Experience setting up and managing campaigns; Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing campaign performance insights Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Google Analytics 4 GTM CMS (Strapi) HubSpot and/or Microsoft Powerpoint a plus; Native Italian speaker with proficiency in English; experience working in the Italian market is a plus; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Passionate about making a difference and delivering results.
