Performance Excellence and Technology Innovation Intern OPERATION & SUPPLY CHAIN The Operations & Supply Chain team follows the development process of the product from the design realization to the entire manufacture cycle. Joining this team means touching our products with your hands and getting into the heart of Moncler’s processes. We are looking for a passionate and engaged Performance Excellence and Technology Innovation Intern to join our Operations & Supply Chain Performances Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD). MAIN ACTIVITIES: In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: Conduct in-depth analysis of company performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation; Collaborate closely with the team to explore and implement advanced technological solutions; Actively participate in strategic projects, providing insights and data-driven contributions to guide business decisions; Stay updated on the latest technological trends and share knowledge and experiences with the team. REQUIREMENTS: Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, Economics, or related fields; Strong interest in data analysis and technological innovation; Proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to take on challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Solid analytical skills, preferably with knowledge of data analysis tools and software; Excellent command of English.
