EBU offers tailored solutions in on-site generation (power, heat, cooling), energy efficiency, virtual power plants, flexibility and battery storage. We are currently looking for a Performance Analyst for our Operations & Maintenance Department. Responsibilities: Performance analysis of tri / co‐generation plants with gas fuel engines / turbines Ensure implementation of EBU strategies / policies Being responsible for customer contracts management Giving assistance to the O&M team in establishing operating strategies to optimize plants operation and further reduce gas and power cost Analyze current performance evaluation systems and processes to enable identification of improvement Create and develop performance tracking tools through new software innovations and processes for delivering world class financial and technical performance from O&M’s fleet of assets Performing engineering and commercial analysis of operating regimes and implement improvements Daily performance analysis with the aim to achieve the budgeted performance and to achieve the budgeted PES & CAR targets (SEU and high efficiency certificates) Short- & medium-term optimization (daily‐weekly‐seasonal), balancing grid supply and injections management Propose new initiatives to achieve continuous improvement and optimized performance of existing sites; work closely with the rest of the O&M team to maintain consistently high‐performance standards Present performance results Work effectively with Project Management department to incorporate learning’s into future projects Qualifications: Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution 3 / 5 years of experience in this or in similar roles Proven knowledge of Combined Heating and Cooling / chilling Power Plant operation and maintenance as well as management methods necessary to control and improve asset performance Strong and specific knowledge in gas fired engine / gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator and gas fired boiler techniques is a mandatory requirement Proven knowledge of chemistry as it relates to plant operations as well as environmental and water treatment programs and country statutory regulations Critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex problems Ability to maintain strong attention to details in high‐pressure situations Italian mother tongue with good technical‐English communication skills Willingness to international travels Do you have questions?
