Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.  About the roleAt Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate People and Culture Intern to provide support and clerical assistance to People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. What you will doPerform administrative duties and answering telephones and emails according to Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism and friendliness.Maintain and update all physical and virtual informative boards in the Heart of the House including Viva Engage posts.Maintain and update all employee records (both electronically and hard copy files) ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and organized.Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, scheduling interviews and processing new hire paperwork.Assist in organizing all employee recreation activities including general meetings.Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.Assist with other areas of People & Culture when needed.  What you bringEducation: Academic education or equivalent experience.  Must possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.Strong work ethic, confidentiality and well developed organizational skills are requirements.Advanced computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.  What YOU can expect:Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of: the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.  We look for talent who share the Golden Rule – people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.  The benefits offered by Four Seasons Hotel Firenze include:Free work clothes with dry cleaning availableQuality meals at our Employee restaurantEmployee discounts in our Four Seasons outlets and other suppliers in townAccess to the Wellbeing hotel programExcellent Training and Career Development opportunitiesOpportunities to build a successful career with global potential Schedule & Hours:This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze and the contract is full time internship You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application     by helplavoro.it
