- MBA or Master of Engineering or Master of Science or PhD degree with graduation between and - Available to join full time between February and July - Between 3 and 10 years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies) with responsibility for project management and delivery - Very good command of English (CEFR B2) and Italian (B2).
- Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which will include nights and weekends - Open to relocate within Italy both when joining and for the duration of the Pathways program (3years) - Analytical skills and sound business judgment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Professional experience in management, logistics, manufacturing or similar - Demonstrable decision-making and reasoning skills - Direct management experience of employees - Experience setting and improving KPIs A day in the life In this role you will manage teams and processes in our Operations organization.
It is based in one of our warehouses in Italy, which is a Delivery Station in Origgio.
