Foster a strong Health and Safety culture. Plan and allocate resources effectively while motivating your team. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience. Be accountable for operational goals, strategic planning, and forecasting. Collaborate with senior management and support teams to achieve business objectives. A day in the life: In this role you will manage teams and processes in our Operations organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: You need to meet 100% of these requirements to apply for a position at Amazon. MBA or Master of Engineering or Master of Science or PhD degree with graduation between 2023 and 2025. Available to join full time between February and July 2025. Between 3 and 10 years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies) with responsibility for project management and delivery. Very good command of English (CEFR B2) and Italian (B2). Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which will include nights and weekends. Open to relocate within Italy both when joining and for the duration of the Pathways program (3 years). Analytical skills and sound business judgment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Professional experience in management, logistics, manufacturing or similar. Demonstrable decision-making and reasoning skills. Direct management experience of employees.
