In this time your scope grows from leading approx. 100 to 800 employees and managers. Members are highly visible to senior leadership through exclusive mentoring. For more details visit Key job responsibilities After a thorough onboarding program as a front-line manager, lead up to 4 managers and 400 employees Foster a strong Health and Safety culture Plan and allocate resources effectively while motivating your team Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience Be accountable for operational goals, strategic planning, and forecasting Collaborate with senior management and support teams to achieve business objectives A day in the life In this role you will manage teams and processes in our Operations organization. It is based in one of our warehouses in Italy, which is a Delivery Station in Origgio.
