Job Title: Partnerships Director Department/Brand:The Wild by Jungle Reports to: Director of Client Partnerships Hours: Full time / Hybrid Working Salary: Competitive Office Location: London, UK Start Date: ASAP The Partnerships Director role will manage an agency group within the sales team, as well as owning key direct client relationships. This role will be responsible for driving multi-platform revenue through brand partnerships across all services - including Jungle Creators, Jungle Media brands and social agency services. With the aim to grow relationships, increase brand count and drive commercial growth across the team. The Partnerships Director will act as an ambassador for The Wild, focusing on increasing exposure in market, attending industry events and educating senior agency contacts and brands on our offerings, above and beyond Partnerships teams. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about the media industry, be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, work well under pressure, enjoy public speaking and be driven by results – with a strong track record of working within a high performance team, delivering significant revenue and exceeding commercial targets. Key Responsibilities Management of all relationships across Group M, Dentsu or Indies agency groups Negotiating commercial terms with key stakeholders Driving revenue and hitting sales targets Accountable for achieving account financial targets and KPIs across this patch Pitching all services to brands and media agencies including social media management strategy and creative, publisher partnerships, creator campaigns Working with our creative team to ensure prospective client’s needs and deadlines are met with tailored partnership proposal Creating proactive and innovative go-to-market proposals Educate their agency patch on all Jungle business offerings, continuously keeping all agencies up to date with new updates, offerings, and news Proactively educating agencies and brands about wider social trends, thought-leadership topics and new platform trends and insights Driving new business leads through; attending industry events, proactive selling, tailored outreach and relationship building Background and Experience Experience working with and relationships across Group M, Dentsu or Indies agency groups Strong leadership skills Management experience Must be competent at building RTB decks and pitch decks within deadlines Experience in pitching and presenting to senior leadership teams Good industry contacts across agencies or brands Previous experience in driving six figure partnerships/deals with both media agencies and brands Expectations - Key Skills and Competencies Excellent communication Relationship building Influencing Negotiating Presentation/pitching Time Management Organisation Accountable Results-driven Innovative What's in it for you?
