PARALEGAL (ITALY)

Abion is a European IP powerhouse with big ambitions and is now looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team in Italy. Are you an IP enthusiast with 3+ years of paralegal experience? We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a preferred bachelor’s degree or paralegal training. We are looking for a spreadsheet and data manager that can work well with legal research tools, software, and Microsoft Suite, and with strong tech abilities. Of course, you must have a great sense of detail and a results-driven mindset but also thrive in a busy environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential. In this role, you will be expected to travel between the two offices located in Italy from time to time: Rome and Milan. Fluency in legal and business Italian and English is essential; additional languages are a plus. If you’re motivated, adaptable, and ready to dive into the world of IP with us, we’d love to hear from you! What you’ll do: Support the Italian IP Team and Abion colleagues with administrative tasks, including correspondence and calendar management. Organize and maintain IP records, such as trademarks, designs, and patents. File trademark and design applications and renewals at UIBM, WIPO, EUIPO, and in foreign jurisdictions. Monitor and update internal and external IP deadlines for clients. Communicate with clients, trademark examiners, and foreign colleagues on IP matters. Prepare cost estimates and ensure billing accuracy according to client guidelines. Contribute to improving work routines, systems, and processes with the Brand Operations Manager. Why choose Abion?
