Role and Responsibilities Performing day-to-day operational and administrative activities for the Big Data & Security Spare Parts team.
Responsible for tracking purchase orders, follow-up, ongoing management and reporting within existing guidelines and policies.
Working closely with other team members in the Spare Parts team.
Management of Purchase Order data, changing requested delivery dates, changes in quantity order, agreed delivery dates, pricing changes etc.
Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards as required.
Any additional or ad-hock tasks as requested by the direct superior.
Required Skills and Experience Proficient French and Language skills (B2 level) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Finance / Supply Chain or Language (French) Knowledge of MS Office and good understanding of Excel Great networking & communication skills to navigate with peers and management Quality-oriented and well-organized, team player, proactive and anticipative Our Offering Full-time paid internship.
