We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Coordinator / Supervisor  to join our high-performing team in Cadorago (Como area), directly reporting to our Distribution Center Manager.

Oversee production planning, scheduling, and daily operations in our 24/5 manufacturing environment.

Identify and implement continuous improvement and engineering projects to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Leverage your problem-solving skills and creativity to optimize our use of slitting machines, packaging lines, and other equipment.
Shape.
Play a key role in implementing our Distribution Center Network and Local Strategy, ensuring alignment with our balanced scorecard objectives.
Qualifications What we expect from you! - Your Expertise.
Experienced.
3+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Production Planning, or Warehouse Management, with demonstrated people management skills Knowledgeable.
A degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Optimize.
Strong understanding of project management tools (Lean, Six Sigma, KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies Inspire.
Fluency in English and Italian Passionate.
