Operational Buyer In this role, you will purchase goods, materials, and services to ensure that the operational needs of the company are met, taking into account price, quality, and delivery ensuring continuity of supply. This position is located in Brugherio (MB). Your Responsibilities Compile demand for materials and services based on the purchasing requisition of the departments. Clarify quality requirements and specifications with the respective department. Obtain offers and compare in terms of cost, quality, specifications, etc. In the case of complex goods or services, create a comprehensive tender in alignment with the requisitioner. Compile offers and forward them to the requisitioner. Renegotiate prices and other conditions, if necessary, select the best offer and prepare the order. Execute subsequent orders under the same conditions. Create orders in the ERP system. Record and track order confirmations. Monitor delivery dates, complain if necessary, clarify quantity differences. Analyze purchases and savings. Prepare and implement tenders and projects. Support regular reporting on purchasing key figures. Support various internal and external audits for purchasing-related topics. Your Profile Technical or business education with professional experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management. Experience in operational purchasing. Good knowledge of Italian and English. Sound methodological competence in Purchasing. Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams. Years of experience in the use of state-of-the-art ERP systems, preferably SAP.
