Based in Milan, the NTT team will collaborate with the customer's IT team locally and internationally focusing on Network and Network Security infrastructure. You will work in an IT environment mainly focused on Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, F5, VMware Velocloud, and Riverbed technologies. Being a member of this project, you will have the opportunity to join NTT, a leader in Network Managed Services, and work with a multinational company in the eyewear and eye care industry, continuing to evolve your competencies and skills. What you'll be doing As a Network Engineer L2 , you will act in the role of Technical Specialist able to deliver medium complex projects and solve medium complex infrastructure issues. Your main responsibilities will include: Infrastructure set-up; Physical installations and configurations; Functional testing and hands-on support to senior engineers; Projects governance; Support Network Operations team for complex incidents, changes, requests, etc.; Assist in maintenance and change management activities. Minimum Requirements: IT educational background; At least 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a medium complex environment; Cisco Certifications (CCNA/CCNP). Additional certifications from main vendors (Check Point/Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, VMware) are a plus; Good organizational and communication skills; Able to work in a virtual and hybrid team; Customer oriented; Good knowledge of Italian and English (French is a plus); Available to travel abroad when required by the customer; Available to be part of on-duty scheduling.
