Caring for boys 3, 6 and 9, Starting ASAP, 40 hours a week over 5 days, with some flexibility, Live-in, with separate accommodation, Shared care, Located.
South Tyrol, Italy Looking for a nature nanny who gravitates towards being outdoors.
Someone fun, gentle, playful, engaging, open minded, adventurous, committed to growing and learning, enthusiastic, creative and resourceful.
Someone who is grounded, respectful and able to read the children’s cues.
The family uses a hybrid homeschooling / unschooling approach to education.
Someone with Forest school, Waldorf, and/or Montessori experience would be highly thought of.
Duties.
Being attuned to the children's needs and intentional about their growth and development, Creating engaging child-centered activities, Supporting the children with their interests, educational goals and desires and curiosity about the world around them, Lots of outdoor activities and connecting with nature, making art and crafts, doing projects and following the children's lead, building dens, making tinctures, collecting bits for crafts, and even tending to a garden with the children, Preparing snacks for the children (grain and sugar free diet), Taking the children to activities and packing the appropriate items for various activities, Managing day to day logistics.
The family are health conscious and alternative-minded, they have a gentle and playful approach to parenting, and are very involved in their children’s daily lives.
Both parents work from home and are ideally looking for a long-term nanny who can embark on this journey in life with them, making strong connections along the way.
English speakers are essential for the role, for the children’s language and dialects.
A Portuguese or Spanish speaker would be a bonus! Driver essential due to rural location.
