MOBILITY ADVISOR (31470)

Career Opportunities: Mobility Advisor (31470) Crown is now recruiting for a Mobility Advisor for our office in Abbiategrasso / Milan (hybrid working - working in the office twice a week minimum). As a Mobility Advisor , you will manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families, either internationally or domestically. You will be responsible for managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services and ensuring the employee and family are satisfied with the services provided. Responsibilities: Primary contact for HR / mobility specialists on corporate level and assignees. Coordination of worldwide relocations - conduct needs’ assessment and brief the assignees on all provisions, initiate the relocation process and all services, manage the delivery of all services to ensure satisfactory experience. Counsel on policies and relate them through the assignment/relocation to operational procedures. Manage the delivery of all services to ensure satisfactory experience. Accurately maintain files and databases. Other duties as directed by management. Requirements: Applicable business experience. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work within a team structure while delivering strong customer service. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
