MILAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION LEAD AUDITOR

Location: Rozzano, IT, 20089 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Italy Certification Operations Level of experience: Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a Milan Management System Certification Lead Auditor to join its office in Milan, Italy within the Italy Certification Operations Division. Mission The role focuses on planning, conducting, and managing audits within our certification business related to the different certification schemes. Key Accountabilities Audit Program Management: Prepare, manage, and control the audit program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Audit Planning: Plan audits and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Audit Participation: Participate in and lead audits, conducting interviews, note-taking, and assessing the implementation of management systems. Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews of audit files and propose certification decisions based on thorough analysis. Skill Maintenance: Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards and best practices. Customer Engagement: Manage technical meetings with customers, fostering positive relationships and addressing any technical concerns. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Environmental Science Master’s Degree in Law or Other Qualifications Experience in implementing, managing and/or conducting audits on management systems, knowledge or experience related to ESG issues with a focus on environmental topics (for example ISO 14064, EPD, GHG) or social/ethic topics (for example SA8000, UNI PDR 125, ISO 30415).
