Rappresenta il riferimento scientifico dell’area terapeutica di appartenenza.
Pertanto è responsabile di sviluppare e mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata e approfondita dell’area di pertinenza dei prodotti assegnati, della pipeline e dello scenario terapeutico alternativo di trattamento.
E’ inoltre responsabile di trasmettere questa conoscenza agli stakeholder interni, cross-funzionalmente, per garantire un’adeguata formazione e a quelli esterni in modo bilanciato e secondo compliance e standard  vigenti, in linea con il codice di condotta.
Rappresenta il link  tra la Direzione Medica, la Ricerca clinica, le funzioni Patient Affairs,  Direzione Marketing e Sales.
Fornisce pareri e risponde a quesiti sulla base delle più aggiornate evidenze medico e scientifiche.
Opera in accordo con i valori aziendali, il Codice di Condotta, le linee guida aziendali e la legislazione italiana al fine di salvaguardare la reputazione aziendale attraverso comportamenti improntati al rispetto delle normative vigenti e dei valori codici e regolamenti aziendali.
Supporta e sostiene la creazione di una solida partnership scientifica con gli stakeholders esterni (es.
Operatori Sanitari, Società Scientifiche, Associazioni pazienti, Payers/Istituzioni) al fine di garantire la corretta implementazione delle conoscenze scientifiche e mediche, l'adeguato sviluppo e l'utilizzo dei prodotti, la gestione della malattia e la cura del paziente.
Supporta lo sviluppo clinico dei prodotti di pertinenza collaborando con il team di  Clinical Operations in tutte le fasi di implementazione degli studi.
Interagisce con gli sperimentatori per definire la fattibilità a livello locale degli studi clinici, agevola la selezione dei centri attraverso criteri oggettivi, identificare ed evidenzia eventuali barriere, valuta l’appropriatezza del data gap identificato.
Supporta il Medical Lead nella  collaborazione  con i team globali.
E’ responsabile del coordinamento della raccolta degli insight e della redazione di un documento di sintesi che contribuisca al continuo perfezionamento della strategia locale e globale.
Supporta e garantisce l’oversight degli Scientific Advisor e degli MSL per la gestione dei flussi operativi di processo della rispettiva area medica.
Key Accountabilities E’ responsabile della realizzazione delle attività del Medical Plan, in allineamento con la strategia globale e i processi medico - scientifici dell’area terapeutica di appartenenza coordinandosi con il  Medical Lead.
In collaborazione con MSL Head e e gli MSL supporta la costruzione dei piani medici regionali.
E’ responsabile, della correttezza medico-scientifica dei materiali preparati e delle attività del medical plan che vengono svolte nell’area terapeutica di pertinenza.
In collaborazione con il Medical Lead definisce e finalizza, il piano di formazione del team di riferimento (on-boarding scientifico,  aggiornamenti periodici)  sui prodotti/TA, in linea con il publication plan global e con il rilascio di dati dopo i principali congressi; predispone gli  assessment di valutazione del personale della RIS.
Coordina il piano di Scientific engagement relativo  al rilascio di nuovi dati/aggiornamenti congressuali.
E’ responsabile di produrre, verificare e assicurare la disponibilità della documentazione scientifica di prodotto e di AT necessaria per le diverse procedure di accesso al farmaco, con le funzioni di pertinenza (es.
Market Access).
E’ informato e partecipa alla realizzazione di tutte le attività di External Engagement con HCP/EE con finalità medico-scientifica (SE) o al supporto di attività promozionali (CoP) delle funzioni di business.

Laurea in ambito medico-scientifico Conoscenza del processo di sviluppo e registrazione dei farmaci/vaccini e del relativo Life Cycle Management (LCM).
Conoscenza normative di sperimentazione clinica, informazione scientifica e farmacovigilanza e delle regole di Medical Governance.
Conoscenza Normative e leggi di settore oltre a quelle aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance).
Capacità di gestione e coordinamento delle iniziative multichannel e digital.
Inglese fluente.
Preferred qualifications.
