YOUR MISSION We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to become part of our Italy Growth team, to craft and manage acquisition and engagement initiatives for the Italian market.

THE JOURNEY Have an Important role in defining Glovo’s local Marketing strategy, adapting global playbook to local needs.  Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our consumer products, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement Understand the local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC (Cost of Acquisition) targets.
Track the Market dynamics and competitor activities.
Lead local Marketing activations (offline and online) in coordination with Commercial/other involved teams Own the tracking and expenditure of the Marketing budget for the country.  Track and monitor key Growth metrics providing the appropriate visibility to stakeholders.  Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Partner Operations, Operations, Finance, Content and Sales.
Establish shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements.
Communicate and simplify concepts to the audience's needs WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field 3-4 years of experience in a leading FMCG company or in the E-commerce sector performing in a role of similar or larger responsibilities.  Proven track record of delivering business growth, experience defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels Strong analytical skills.
You are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
SQL knowledge is a plus  Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).

You’ll have to roll up your sleeves! Proficiency in English  Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets (is a must) Strong consumer understanding skills Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
