What You'll Do Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and growth. Create and maintain our monthly social media calendar, running seasonal campaigns that resonate with our audience. Collaborate with creative agencies to produce standout content. Drive engagement through creative social media activities and competitions. Handle social interactions and resolve any issues with professionalism. Organize and analyze food tastings to refine our offerings based on real feedback. Keep an eye on emerging food and social media trends to keep us ahead of the curve. Help orchestrate events that showcase our brand and engage our audience. Identify and work with influencers to expand our reach and impact. What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Communications. Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing and Communications, specifically in the F&B, FMCG, and Hospitality industry; Agency experience is preferable. Lively and charismatic with a passion for food and great knowledge of the consumer. The ideal candidate is creative yet results-driven and will have the ability to think outside the box and work closely with key stakeholders in the business to achieve our common goal of satisfying the world's appetite! If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better. If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation. Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
