For the growth of our team we are looking for a Marketing & Community Intern for Hiop Data Platform At hiop we work together to create technologies that make a difference. Company Language The official company language is English (knowledge base and documents), so high proficiency is required. The company is located and operates in Italy. About the position As a Marketing & Community Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and efforts to promote our Data Platform and nurture our Community. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, branding, and communication, allowing you to develop and refine your skills in a real-world business setting. Duration: 3 to 6 months Responsibilities Research : conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies. Create Content : assist in the development of engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials. Communicate : contribute to the planning and execution of social media and email marketing campaigns. Monitor social media channels and engage with the online community. Manage Public Relations : Cultivate media relationships, and track PR performance. Coordinate Events : support the planning and coordination of events, both online and offline, to promote brand awareness. Nurture our Community : support the creation of strong partnerships, engage with user communities, and leverage events for brand visibility. Analyse and Optimise : Track and analyse marketing performance, optimising strategies based on data insights. Preferably you are… A student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Curious (and a bit geek) about technology and AI. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Analytic, pragmatic and result driven. A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail. Talented in written and verbal communication both in English and Italian. Knowledgeable in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Figma). Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools. Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. At the end of the internship you will be able to: Work in a dynamic environment like a start-up; Develop time and priority management skills; Work in a international and multidisciplinary team with people operating in different areas; Interact with different stakeholders operating in a deep tech business.
