MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

As we are planning the launch, we are looking for a  Marketing & Communications Coordinator  to join the team in our Milan offices.
MISSION Responsible for the planning (brief, budget, media plan, PR coverage, POP materials, logistics), conception and implementation of all marketing activities online and offline worldwide.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Communication Develop the global, yearly, online & offline marketing and communication plan with GM & Creative director.
Create the fragrance calendar for all regions with key launches, key holidays, gifting opportunities (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day etc…), tradeshows, etc… around which the communication plan will be designed.
Work closely with the GM & Creative Director to identify, plan and successfully execute marketing and PR activities that will support business objectives, both online and offline.
Implement the marketing strategy coordinating with 3rd party suppliers – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Work closely with the product manager and sales director to define marketing materials and programs.
Coordinate the development and production of all Brand assets (visuals, videos, illustrations…) with the Creative Director Support brand collaborations and brand partners to enhance visibility and equity    PR, Press & Events Coordinate the external PR Agency Define, coordinate development and order products and materials for press requests and needs (Day-to Day and Events) Support the external PR agency with organisational tasks before and during events   Digital Marketing Coordinate and manage external agencies responsible for the website and e-commerce development and implementation.

Oversee all digital marketing channels (website, CRM and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing agencies across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting, owning all meetings and driving performance.
Trade Marketing Coordination of the agencies chosen to develop all POP materials and guidelines Support the Sales director in the animation and needs of points of sale Development and execution of pop-ups and events.
Presentations & Analysis Drive continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, monitoring competition and generating ideas to stand out.
Compilation of brand and product presentations Coordination and development of Brand guidelines documentation for the Trade channel (both on & offline) Prepare marketing budgets and track performance by measuring ROI and KPIs Preparation of presentation slides for Business Reviews KEY COMPETENCIES ·       3-5  years experience in marketing or related experience within the luxury industry (Beauty, Watch & Jewelry or Accessories) ·       Fluent in English and Italian, French would be a plus.
·       Team-player with a positive, helpful attitude ·       Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail ·       Hands-on-mentality and pro-active mindset ·       Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritise and plan workload to strict deadlines.
PROFILE.
Degree in international marketing, business studies or similar.
Passionate about fragrances, social media and lifestyle Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal relationship building skills.
Able to work flexibly, adapt easily to change and bring novel ideas and solutions Able to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation Commercial awareness Willingness to travel Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)..
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus
