As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will have the chance to support the Marcomm team in a wide range of activities, including external and internal communications, marketing campaigns, events, and social impact initiatives.

The candidate will gain experience in.
Assisting in the development and execution of strategic event marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Creating and managing digital, hybrid, and in-person events, including logistics, invitations, programs, gadgets and contents.
Contributing to communication efforts by updating website content and internal platforms (intranet), writing articles, creating internal mailings, newsletters, and preparing promotional presentations.
Supporting the implementation of marketing global, regional, and local campaigns and delivering content and collaborating with internal teams to gather and develop content that aligns with marketing objectives.
Interacting with senior staff and external parties to establish a collaborative work environment.
Understanding Marcomm processes and procedures and effectively planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
What you need to have.
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Arts, Foreign Languages or a related field Language skills.
proficiency in Italian and English Excellent knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office package (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Office 365); Good Knowledge of Google Analytics and ADS is a plus.
Proactivity, strong spirit of initiative, excellent organisational skills, ability to work in team and to objectives, flexibility Project management approach Willingness to continuous learning and self-improvement Studying or having previous work experiences abroad is considered a nice-to-have.
