We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent – want to join the ride?   We are now looking for a    Senior Tax Controller    to join our team working for a better future.
The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Trieste.
As Senior Tax Controller your work will focus on these responsibilities.
Internal advisory and support on Corporate Tax, VAT and other indirect tax on local and international transactions and business project/developments to ensure compliance with law and guideline (local legislation, EU directives, company accounting manual, etc.).
For all mentioned taxes.
elaboration and filing of returns, monthly and year-end calculation and internal reporting.
Transfer price documentation and Top-Up-Tax requirements   Coordination of external advisor for tax compliance of Wartsila Italia Branch in Malta and any other Vat position opened in other countries.
Support to tax group team in implementing new process, rules and procedure.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have.
MSc in Finance, Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent)  Knowledge and experience from most of the following (at least 5 years of experience).
Corporate Tax and Vat, national and international rules, other indirect tax.
Excellent usage of all Microsoft application and SAP Knowledge is an advantage.
Good ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing in and good general communication skills.
Development oriented working approach to ensure continuous development  Good team working skill and positive attitude and pro-active thinking, initiative taking and flexible approach.
Good command in English language.
Interested to work in multinational environment.
